The shop and licensing server are operated on sdravobiz.com. FunnelCart orders are recorded and billed there by Sdravobiz S.R.L.
Purpose of the product
FunnelCart is a WordPress plugin. It builds sales funnels on the customer’s FluentCart store: sequential pages, pre- and post-checkout offers, routing between steps, and tracking the revenue generated by each funnel. Visits, sign-ups, and orders are stored in the database of the customer’s site, which can forward them to its contact management system.
The plugin is installed and runs on the customer’s WordPress site, on their own hosting. Sdravobiz S.R.L. hosts neither the customer’s website, nor their visitors, nor the contacts they collect. No visitor data passes through the publisher’s servers.

The infrastructure of the funnelcart.pro website is rented from the company o2switch.

The license and update server, operated on sdravobiz.com, is hosted under the same conditions. From a client’s site, it only receives the site address, the license key, the product identifier, and the installed version number.
Intellectual Property
The FunnelCart trademark, logo, graphic guidelines, website architecture, texts, illustrations, screenshots, and all components making it up are the exclusive property of Sdravobiz S.R.L. or its licensors, and are protected by copyright and trademark law.
Any reproduction, representation, adaptation, or exploitation, in whole or in part, of the site’s elements, by any means whatsoever, without prior written authorization from Sdravobiz S.R.L., is prohibited. This prohibition does not preclude the rights granted under the code license described below.
The content, trademarks, and distinctive signs of clients, as well as the contacts they collect with the extension, remain their exclusive property.
Code License
The PHP code of the FunnelCart extension is distributed under the GNU General Public License, version 2 or later, in accordance with the WordPress ecosystem on which it depends.
The following are not covered by this license and remain protected under copyright and trademark law: the FunnelCart name and logo, images, illustrations, fonts, stylesheets, documentation content, and website text.
What the customer acquires when placing an order is not the code itself, but a license key granting the right, for a specified number of sites, to updates served from the publisher’s server and to support. The terms are detailed in Articles 8 to 11 of the General Terms and Conditions of Sale.
Liability
Sdravobiz S.R.L. makes reasonable efforts to ensure that the information published on the site is accurate and up to date, without being able to guarantee its completeness or the absence of errors. The features, prices, and availability presented are subject to change; only the terms in effect on the day of the order, as set forth in the General Terms and Conditions of Sale, are binding on Sdravobiz S.R.L.
The demonstrations, screenshots, funnels, rates, and figures presented on the site are provided for illustrative purposes. They constitute neither a commitment to results nor a guarantee of commercial performance.
The site may contain links to third-party sites, over whose content Sdravobiz S.R.L. exercises no control and accepts no responsibility.
Personal Data and Cookies
The processing of personal data collected via the site and during orders is described in the Privacy Policy. This also specifies what the extension records on its customers’ websites, and what the customer must themselves disclose to their visitors.
In accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Romanian Law no. 190/2018, everyone has the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, port, and object to their data. These rights can be exercised by contacting contact@sdravobiz.com, mentioning “GDPR” in the subject line.

The website and the product are governed by Romanian law, subject to mandatory consumer protection provisions of their country of habitual residence.
